Did you know you can get all the protein you need—in the perfect form of amino acids—from fruits and vegetables? They are ready to start building and creating everything you need to be strong and healthy. When proteins are overconsumed in the wrong forms—undigested, denatured, or the wrong proteins on cell membranes—they cause miscommunication and a dysfunction of normal bodily processes. Depending on where the proteins build up, you could have a flu-like response, vomiting or diarrhea, fatigue, back pain, joint stiffness, brain fog, or emotional problems.

A diet rich in fruits and vegetables is key to eliminating the systemic problems caused by overconsumption of the wrong proteins, and can lead to improved digestion, better health, and correction of metabolism for desired weight loss or gain.
